About Us
Melissa O. Vieira-Greene spent 21 years in the U.S. military, serving across the Pentagon, Special Operations, and the Air Force Personnel Center, with assignments that spanned global missions within complex organizations at critical moments. She is a Wounded Warrior, keynote speaker, and advocate for women’s mentorship.
Human Resources Warrior LLC operates across the United States, Guyana, the Caribbean, and Latin America, delivering leadership training, coaching, HR development, and healthcare strategy.
Melissa is completing an MS in Health Law and Strategy at NYU School of Law, graduating August 2026. She will be the first Guyanese graduate of the program and serves as a Student Ambassador. Her current work focuses on healthcare equity and health law in the Caribbean.
